Obituary for Jeffery Campbell Jackson

Jeffrey Campbell Jackson, 59 of Huntersville was called home upon the Lord on Monday, February 10th, 2020 after a long intensive stay at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown. Born January 21, 1961 at Marlinton he was a son of Joyce Rose of Buckeye. He was preceded in death by grandmother, Maude Underwood, mother-in-law, Wanda Wilfong, and stepfather, Pete Rose

Jeff served Pocahontas County as a 911 dispatcher for 16 years and was a terminal agency coordinator for National Crime Information Center (NCIC) Network. He also served as the assistant 911 addressing coordinator for the county and was a member of the 8 Rivers Amateur Radio Club.

Jeff was a 1979 graduate of Pocahontas County High School and a 1980 Auto/diesel Technician graduate of the University of Northwestern Ohio. He was a member of Neola Baptist Church.

Jeff loved to hunt, fish, tinker on cars, and mostly spending time with his kids and grandkids.

Jeff is survived by his wife of 30 years Stella Jane Jackson, son Aaron Eugene Jackson of Marlinton, daughter and son-in-law, Tiffani Jackson and her husband Steven Rodoussakis of White Sulphur Springs, three grandchildren, Zander, Zayden, and Sienna, mother, Joyce Rose of Buckeye, three brothers, Ronnie Rose, and Donnie Rose, both of Buckeye, and John Rose of Oakland, MD, sister-in-law, Angelena Wilfong of Denmar, father-in-law, Eugene Wilfong of Seebert.

Visitation will be held Sunday, February 16, 2020 from 6 pm until 8 pm at the Lantz Funeral Home in Buckeye.

In keeping with Jeffs wishes he will be cremated after the visitation.

In lieu of flowers, donations of sympathy may be made to the family to help contribute to the funeral bill and with medical bills.
